Shipping policy

Cats Eye Pottery strives to provide the best shipping experience possible. We use USPS priority shipping on all orders unless otherwise specified by the customer.

All pottery listed as “in stock “will be shipped within one to three business days. All pottery listed as “made to order “has varying lead and shipping times throughout the year so please check the listing or contact my shop for specific details on larger orders or combined orders.

Any pottery that is damaged in shipping or were lost in the mail, we are happy to assist with. Cats Eye Pottery will assist with filing any claims necessary, and replace or refund the item in agreement with the customer and my shop.
